LEARNING SPACE

SDG WORKSHOP SPACE

The workshop space is an engaging space for Organizations to connect with Delegates on specific social challenges revolving around SDG 7, 8 and 17.  Companies to facilitate this space include IBM, ROCKWOOL, UNDP, Sustainbase, and Maersk. Delegates will be given placement in the workshop once registered.

SDG HACK SPACE

The SDG Hack Space is a mini hackaton space where delegates will be required to come up with a project that proffers realistic solution to the challenge that will be presented by an agency from  the UN. This will require communication skills, business intelligence, global citizenship mindset and off course, the basic understanding of project planning and time management.

ACTION SPACE

SDG WORKSHOP SPACE

Participants will be required to in their groups come up with a presentation on what steps they believe is best to tackle the challenge at hand. This requires qualitative and quantitative reasoning.

SDG HACK SPACE

Participants will be required to brainstorm on the challenge they are presented. This will need the different groups to design a project action plan for the solution they would like to proffer to the challenge.

PITCH

SDG Workshop Space

After brainstorming in groups, each group is required to present their ideas to the company after which they will be given feedback.

SDG Hack Space

Top three groups from this space will each be given 90 seconds to pitch their Idea and output to the whole audience. 

Criteria for selection of the groups includes the following;

Audience Engagement

Concept

Innovative strength of the plan

Business model

Customer validation

Sustainability relevance

Presentation Skill

Social Impact

AWARD

The winning group of the SDG Hack space pitch challenge will be awarded with 5000 DKK per delegate to assist in covering the project fee as well as flight cost to any of the five countries below, to run a Global Volunteer project through AIESEC;
